give high quality service to their customers. This expectation is a great one
but is it a fair? This expectation can only be fair when service organisations
input the resources to train the team members to deliver this expected service.

and or policy, put sanctions aside and ask yourself: Was that team member
trained to fulfill that expectation? if the answer is NO, please proceed to train
and counsell. Then evaluate two things; one, the staff morale and two the
improvement in the standard the next time.. If YES, do re-training along with warning..
